Understanding insurance can be difficult. Ultimately, it is the patient's responsibility to check their acupuncture insurance benefits. As a service to our new patients, we will also verify your acupuncture benefits before your first visit to make sure that we are on the same page. Sometimes there is miscommunication between what the insurance carriers say to our providers and what they say to our patients.
